About the Role:
Ale Emporium in Greenwood, IN is looking for an energetic and dependable Busser to join our front-of-house team! This is a great opportunity to be part of a lively restaurant environment where teamwork and hospitality are at the heart of everything we do. If you love a fast-paced atmosphere and enjoy making guests feel welcome, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain a smooth dining room flow
- Remove dirty dishes, glassware, and silverware from tables in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping and wiping down surfaces
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless table turnover
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards throughout every shift
Requirements:
- No prior experience required — a positive attitude and willingness to learn are a must
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays or bus tubs for extended periods
- Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday AM availability a must
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented work ethic
